Even the youngest can discover the wet element step by step in our swimming pool. Under the guidance of our course instructors and with the help of mum or dad, the little ones learn to move about in the water safely and have fun.

Children swimming
In our swimming lessons children learn to move in the water. After a personal water habituation with our swimming instructor, you will learn how to swim in the chest, diving an jumping. Continnnuous practice will then strengthen the learning and increase the stamina and condition of the child while swimming. Finally, the swimming test for seahorse is scheduled for the little ones.

Aquafitness / Water aerobics
Thanks to the persistent water resistance and the high level of exercise, aqua fitness is one of the most effective training work outs. By the movement in the water you can playfully, quickly achieve positive results. Together in the group, you actively move to rhythmic music under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Aqua-Cycling is the absolute fitness trend for the water and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or training condition. Whether it´s the fitness, the reduction of weight or just the fun of sports, Aqua-cycling combines everything together and is at the same time gentle on the joints and spine.
